1. 服務內容
懶人調香師提供依你輸入的單方精油庫存，推薦香氛搭配與經典配方的參考工具。內容僅供香氛搭配參考，不是醫療建議，也不能取代醫師或合格芳療師的意見。精油不可內服；塗抹前務必稀釋並做皮膚測試；懷孕、哺乳、有慢性疾病，或與幼兒、寵物同住時，請先諮詢專業人士。
2. 帳號
你須提供正確資料並妥善保管登入方式。不同登入方式視為不同帳號，不會自動合併。你可隨時刪除帳號。
3. 方案與額度
- 訪客：每日 1 次調配，庫存不保存。免費會員：每日 1 次，可保存庫存與配方本。
- 付費會員：每月 US$1／2／3，分別每月最多 100／300／600 次調配，並含「還差哪支精油」提示。
- 每日額度於台北時間 00:00 重設；付費額度依訂閱週期重設。額度用完時可排入佇列，重設後自動執行。
- 訂閱以信用卡付款（Stripe），每月自動扣款，可隨時終止；終止後已付費的週期可用到期末。細節見退款與取消說明。
- 我們可調整方案內容與價格；調整不影響已付費的當期，並會事先提示。
4. 正當使用
禁止濫用服務，包括繞過額度、以自動程式大量存取、干擾系統或試圖存取他人資料。違規者我們可暫停或終止帳號。
5. 內容與智慧財產
網站介面、文字與資料庫屬營運者或其授權人所有。你輸入的庫存與配方屬於你，你授權我們為提供服務而儲存與處理。經典配方為以精油重新詮釋的版本，典故依公開文獻整理，不代表原始配方。
6. 免責與責任限制
服務依現況提供，不保證不中斷或無誤。在法律允許範圍內，對於你依本站內容使用精油所生之損害，營運者不負責任；若法律另有規定，從其規定。
7. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（臺灣）法律為準據法，如有爭議，以臺灣臺北地方法院為第一審管轄法院（【請確認】）。

1. The service
Lazy Perfumer suggests fragrance blends and classic recipes from the single oils you enter. It is for fragrance reference only, not medical advice. Essential oils must not be swallowed; dilute and patch-test before skin use; ask a professional first if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or live with young children or pets.
2. Accounts
Provide accurate details and keep your sign-in safe. Different sign-in methods are separate accounts and are not merged. You can delete your account at any time.
3. Plans and quotas
- Guest: 1 blend a day, stock not saved. Free member: 1 a day, stock and recipe book saved.
- Paid: US$1 / 2 / 3 per month for up to 100 / 300 / 600 blends a month, plus “which oil am I missing” hints.
- Daily quotas reset at 00:00 Taipei time; paid quotas reset with the billing period. When a quota is used up you can queue a blend to run after the reset.
- Subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe, charged monthly and cancellable any time; after cancelling, the period already paid for stays active until it ends. See Refunds and cancellation.
- We may change plans or prices; the current paid period is not affected and we will give notice.
4. Acceptable use
No abuse: bypassing quotas, bulk automated access, disrupting the system or trying to reach other people’s data. We may suspend or end accounts that do.
5. Content and intellectual property
The site’s interface, text and database belong to the operator or its licensors. Your stock and recipes remain yours; you allow us to store and process them to run the service. Classic recipes are essential-oil reinterpretations, with stories compiled from public sources; they are not the original formulas.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided as is, without guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for harm from using essential oils based on this site; mandatory law prevails.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the Taiwan Taipei District Court is the court of first instance for disputes ([please confirm]).
